As jobcoach for the Portuguese market you will be responsible, among other things, for mentoring and maintaining direct contact with the candidate. In addition, contact with clients and colleagues are also part of your daily tasks. You are partly responsible for the recruitment of your own candidates in constant support by our recruiters. Visiting and checking the accommodations we provide for our employees is also part of your job description. You are (daily) in contact with the candidate, clients and colleagues for an optimal flow of information. It is important that you know what is going on and handle issues with the candidate in a timely manner. You are responsible for controlling days off, schedules, accommodation, financial issues such as payments and BSN numbers. Every day is different and you are responsible for finding candidates and how to convince them to work through Euro Planit. You will work in a team of different jobcoaches and recruiters with different nationalities and report to the EU manager. In order to strengthen our EU Flex team at Euro Planit, we are looking for an EU Flex jobcoach/recruiter. You are responsible for managing and expanding the existing order book. Due to the growth of our clients, we are looking for someone who can communicate both in Dutch/English and Portuguese, Spanish language is a plus. You have the kind of personality that builds on your own network and you are creative in establishing and maintaining contacts with both candidates and clients. You will recruit your own candidates and handle the entire process with clients independently. Through an enthusiastic and proactive attitude complemented with knowledge and expertise, you know how to convince the client. You can communicate on many levels and also feel enthusiastic. Recruit and select candidates, sign contracts, handle proper administration, know how to translate a candidate into an employee, weekly contact with candidate, client and colleagues, proper use of social media tools and software tools, identify difficulties and suggest improvements, provide advice when needed, provide tours when needed, verify accommodation, write job advertisements, write proposal profiles, facilitate accommodation and transportation.
You will be working in the EU team, this team consists of more than 10 colleagues of different nationalities. Together we are responsible for the placement of EU workers. Teamwork is our main priority, as well as pleasure at work and motivation. Within our organization, you can make your own path and will have plenty of room for your own initiative.
Wie ben jij?
You have a good command of Portuguese, Spanish (preferred) and English/Dutch languages, you are communicatively strong, able to organize, able to work independently but also in a team, not afraid to take initiative, able to set the right priorities. You have a great sense of responsibility, are proactive, enthusiastic and have a high capacity of persuasion.
