What are you going to do?
As a Service Support Engineer, you are the connecting link between technology, customers and internal departments. No two days are the same: one day you sell a service contract and then delve into a complex fault report, the next you coordinate a maintenance project from A to Z. You work within a team of over 40 colleagues where professionalism goes hand in hand with a pleasant working atmosphere.
- Coordinating and planning service and maintenance work;
- You work preventively by analysing faults and directing improvement actions.
- Managing, expanding and selling service contracts;
- You actively contribute to the growth and professionalisation of the service department.
- Maintaining contact with customers on maintenance, breakdowns and improvements;
- Following up customer requests and service cases;
- You coordinate the execution of work orders and maintenance schedules;
- You think ahead, take initiative and help lift the department to a higher level of professionalisation and efficiency.
- You ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers and internal departments;
- You process reports, prepare quotations and ensure that everything is administratively correct;
Who are you?
- You have several years of work experience in a similar position as a Service Support Engineer or Technical Commercial inside sales employee;
- You not only have good technical insight, but also a feel for commerce and customer needs;
- You know how to build relationships, win trust and add value;
- You are someone who thinks ahead, sees opportunities and seizes them;
- You have an HBO or MBO+ working and thinking level and a technical background;
- You are solution-oriented and like clear communication;
- You have broad technical knowledge;
- You feel at home in a dynamic working environment;
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); knowledge of AFAS is a bonus;
