What are you going to do?

As office manager, you are the hub of the organisation. You support the team organisationally, administratively and operationally and ensure that processes run efficiently and professionally. Thanks to your overview and proactive approach, everything keeps running, even in a dynamic working environment.

Your duties include:

  • Coordinating daily office processes and monitoring planning and structure;
  • Supporting administrative activities such as contract management, personnel files;
  • Managing incoming communication (telephone and e-mail) and acting as first point of contact;
  • Organising appointments, meetings and internal activities;
  • Identifying bottlenecks in work processes and making improvement proposals.

Who are you?

You like structure, work accurately and feel at home in a role with responsibility. In addition, you bring:

  • Minimum MBO+ working and thinking level;
  • Experience as an office manager, management assistant or in a similar role;
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Discretion and sense of responsibility;
  • A proactive and independent working attitude;
  • Experience within business services or job placement is a plus, but certainly not a must.
