Are you skilled at planning, costing and supervising technical projects? We are looking for a Metalwork Production Planner for a metalworking company in Doetinchem – someone who can keep track of the big picture and move quickly between the office, the workshop and project sites. You’ll be working on a wide range of bespoke projects and will have frequent contact with colleagues and clients. No two days are the same, and you’ll be given plenty of scope to take on projects independently.
What are you going to do?
As a Work Planner / Internal Project Manager, you will ensure that projects run smoothly from both a technical and organisational perspective.
• You prepare cost estimates for bespoke projects;
• You carry out technical preparations for projects and monitor the schedule;
• You liaise with fitters, clients and the production team;
• You process requests and keep track of ongoing projects;
• You visit project sites and contribute ideas for technical solutions.
Who are you?
- You work with precision and maintain a clear overview in a technical environment;
- You have an MBO+ qualification in metalworking or mechanical engineering;
- You can read and assess technical drawings;
- You have experience with ERP and Office programmes;
- You hold a Category B driving licence;
