What are you going to do?
In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for technical questions from customers and colleagues. You ensure that everything runs smoothly - from fault analysis to invoicing. What you will do specifically:
You receive, register and assess technical reports and requests from customers.
You analyse faults, request parts or information from suppliers, and ensure the right solution.
You coordinate the execution of work orders and maintenance schedules.
You ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers and internal departments.
You process reports, prepare quotations and ensure that everything is administratively correct.
You deploy Service Engineers efficiently and ensure that their work assignments are handled correctly.
You work preventively by analysing faults and directing improvement actions.
Who are you?
- You are technically savvy, solution-oriented and like clear communication.
- You have an MBO working and thinking level and a technical background;
- If you have experience in a Service Support function, that is an advantage
- You have good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics - and preferably also some knowledge of electronics
- You are comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); if you have knowledge of AFAS, that's a plus!
- You can express yourself well in Dutch and English (German is an advantage)
- You are accurate, flexible, stress-resistant and a real team player
