What are you going to do?
- You are the first point of contact for customers when it comes to the quality documentation of new products including
o Process and Product FMEA
o FAI
o PPAP - You supervise the onboarding of new products in close cooperation with production
- You create control and measurement protocols and supervise the execution of product measurements (including with a 3D measuring machine)
- You support the organisation in case of (internal) rejections and ensure the right corrective and preventive measures together with the production team
- You ensure the correct administrative processing towards the customer
- You have an active executive role in:
o internal and external (customer) audits
o customer projects - And of course you think along with the organisation about possible points of improvement.
Who are you?
- You have several years of experience in quality assurance in a production environment;
- You are used to working independently
- You have knowledge of quality standards and systems such as LEAN and QRM;
- You have an HBO working and thinking level
- You work in an orderly and accurate manner and have an overview and insight into all activities
- You have experience in using ERP, Excel and other automated systems
