What are you going to do?
As a production worker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently hanging and packaging the products being processed at the client's premises. Together with your team, you will monitor the quality of the products and ensure that the customer's requirements come first. During the day, you will change workstations, providing variety in your tasks.
Your duties include:
- Performing repetitive production tasks with attention to cleanliness and quality;
- Ensuring a safe working environment and keeping your workplace tidy;
- Monitoring the continuous flow of the production line;
- Reading product drawings. This will be taught to you if you still lack the experience;
- Hanging various products on the production line in the right way efficiently for proper surface treatment;
- Removing products from the production line, carefully checking them for quality and possible deviations, recording these observed deviations in the production programme;
- Packing products and preparing them for transport to our customers.
Who are you?
- Full-time availability;
- Some experience as a production worker;
- An eye for detail and a strong focus on quality;
- A team player with good communication skills;
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and able to lift heavy materials.

Our client is a service-oriented manufacturing company from Twente that does not make its own products, but processes customers' products. For over 70 years, they have specialised in surface treatments such as chemical pre-treatment, wet painting and powder coating. The company does not have its own product line, but processes materials for various customers, which ensures a lot of variety in the work.
