Operator

As a Production Operator, you ensure that the production process runs safely, efficiently and according to schedule. You keep a close eye on quality and ensure that every production run is carried out with care.

• You manufacture, inspect and pack products;
• You monitor quality during the production process;
• You carry out checks and record production data;
• You help with the cleaning of machines, boilers and equipment;
• You actively contribute ideas for improvements within the department.

As a Production Operator, you work with precision, maintain a clear overview and feel at home in a production environment. You are keen to learn and consider it important to work safely and carefully.

• You have a vocational qualification (MBO) level of working and thinking;
• You are willing to undertake role-specific training and development;
• You are available to work on a two-shift rota;
• You are confident using scanners and computers, or can quickly get to grips with new systems;
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.

• A gross monthly salary of between €2,500 and €3,200, depending on your experience;
• A full-time role working a two-shift rota;
• A 13th month’s salary;
