As a cooperating foreman, you and your team will work every day on hanging and removing metal parts. At the same time, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly. What are you going to do?
You work actively on the shop floor and manage the team. You are the first point of contact and ensure that the work is done properly.
- Hanging and picking up metal parts on the paint line;
- Managing colleagues during the production process;
- Dividing tasks and monitoring progress;
- Signalling and solving bottlenecks;
- Ensuring a safe working environment;
- Reporting back to the team leader.
Who are you?
You are a real go-getter who keeps an overview and knows how to motivate colleagues.
- Experience in a managing or coordinating role;
- Willingness to work actively on the floor;
- Good in communication and cooperation;
- Stress-resistant and solution-oriented;
- Available to work in a 2-shift operation;
- Able to apply safety rules properly.

- Monthly salary from €2,800 gross, depending on experience;
- Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometre from the first kilometre;
