What are you going to do?
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you ensure that production processes run smoothly, efficiently and future-proof. You are the link between engineering and production.
- You analyse and solve malfunctions and quality problems;
- You identify and improve process bottlenecks;
- You initiate improvement projects in the areas of quality, costs and sustainability;
- You develop production tools such as milling jigs and robot arms;
- You optimise processes such as milling, turning, welding and cutting;
- You bring new products into production and draft process instructions.
Who are you?
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are analytically strong, practical and able to connect between departments.
- You have an MBO+ working and thinking level in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or metalworking;
- You have experience in a production or manufacturing environment;
- Knowledge of CNC technology, SolidWorks and production automation;
- Interest in process improvement (LEAN, Kaizen, 5S);
- Good communication skills and solution orientation.

- A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500, depending on experience;
