Are you technically minded and do you enjoy working with modern machinery? If so, this role as a Machine Operator could be just the thing for you. You’ll ensure that CNC machines produce parts with precision and deliver high-quality components. Do you enjoy working in a three-shift system and do you like varied work? If so, we’d love to meet you.

What are you going to do?

As a Machine Operator, you’ll ensure that the production process runs smoothly and that the products meet the quality requirements.

  • You clamp products in place and prepare them;
  • You set up and operate CNC machines;
  • You change tools independently;
  • You deburr, grind and carry out quality checks;
  • You measure and record results in accordance with measurement specifications;
  • You pack, label and store products;
  • You identify any deviations and report them to your supervisor;
  • You keep your workplace clean and safe.

Who are you?

As a Machine Operator, you work with precision and take responsibility for the end result.

  • You have completed a VMBO qualification in metalworking;
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience as a CNC operator or in a similar role;
  • You can read technical drawings;
  • You work meticulously and have an eye for quality;
  • You enjoy working alongside colleagues.

  • A gross monthly salary of between €3,000 and €3,300, including a 20% shift allowance
  • 27 days’ annual leave;
  • Training and vocational courses;
  • A full-time role working a three-shift rota;
  • Varied work with a high level of responsibility.
