Do you have experience in logistics and are you ready for a new step? For our client in Varsseveld, we are looking for a Logistics Assistant who makes everything in the warehouse run smoothly. You keep an overview, work accurately and take responsibility when necessary. In this position, you are the pivot between goods receipt, internal flow and outgoing goods. You will work in a technical production company where quality and precision are paramount. As a Logistics Assistant, you will be given room to think about improvements and contribute to the professionalisation of the logistics department.
What are you going to do?
As a Logistics Assistant, you make sure everything runs smoothly in the warehouse and in the flow of goods. You keep the lines short and clear. Among other things, you will:
- You receive and check incoming goods;
- You prepare orders and make sure they leave on time;
- You monitor the flow of goods and follow the planning;
- You manage the team in the absence of the team leader;
- You think along about improvements in the logistics process.
Who are you?
As a Logistics Assistant, you are someone who keeps an overview and is not afraid to take responsibility. You will have:
- You will receive an immediate contract with the client;
- You have experience in a logistics environment;
- A reach and forklift certificate;
- Good knowledge of ERP, Excel and other systems;
- You take responsibility and direct colleagues when necessary;
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview
