Junior HR Officer / HR & Office Assistant (28-32 hours)

What are you going to do?
In this position, you will combine HR support with office management and general support within the organisation.
- Secretarial & office support
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing mail, packages and mail;
- Supporting meetings, projects and events;
- Managing office and facility supplies;
- Arranging building management, catering and other facilities;
- Receiving and guiding (international) visitors;
- Fleet management
- Administrative support HR
- Processing absence administration;
- Managing leave administration;
- Supporting employees on entering and leaving employment;
- Pension administration;
- Support with recruitment & selection, safety and HR projects;
- Supporting various departments;
- Booking hotels and supporting (customer) visits;
- Booking and monitoring shipments;
Who are you?
- You have 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
- You have MBO+ working and thinking level;
- You switch quickly and stay calm under pressure;
- You work independently, but also feel comfortable in a team;
- You have strong communication skills;
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and English (English is spoken at the office)
What do we offer?
- You will receive an immediate one-year contract with the client with the prospect of permanent employment;
- A position for 28-32 hours per week (0.8 FTE);
- 25 holidays based on a 40-hour working week;
- A bonus scheme of 5% of annual salary, depending on company results;
