What are you going to do?
As Finance and HR Coordinator, you are responsible for accurate administration and HR processes. You keep a grip on the figures as well as the personnel files.
- You take care of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger administration;
- You prepare sales invoices and order confirmations and process purchase invoices;
- You take care of VAT declarations, process bank mutations and prepare payments;
- You prepare employment contracts and contract amendments;
- You process mutations for the payroll administration in case of inflow, outflow and transfer.
Who are you?
As Finance and HR Coordinator, you work accurately and handle confidential information with care.
- You have hbo working and thinking level, preferably towards Finance;
- You have experience with financial administration;
- You have good knowledge of MS Office;
- You communicate clearly, orally and in writing.
What do we offer?
As Finance and HR Coordinator, you will get a versatile role for 28 to 32 hours per week with room for your own initiative.
- A monthly salary between €3,000 and €4,200 gross on a full-time basis, depending on experience;
- 25 holidays and 13 ADV days on a full-time basis;
- A pension scheme;
- Staff activities and room to develop further within the organisation.
