For a client in Aalten, we are looking for a construction bench fitter/welder who gets energy from working independently on high-quality constructions. You will work in a modern workshop, with colleagues who are just as passionate about technology as you are. And as a bonus: in full-time employment, you will receive no fewer than 40 days off per year!

What are you going to do?
As a construction bench welder, your daily work involves assembling and welding a wide range of structures. No mass production, but real craftsmanship. You read technical drawings, assemble constructions independently and ensure a perfect end result. If there is less work in the welding department, you will be happy to help out in the metalworking or assembly of your welded products.
Your tasks:

Assembling and welding steel structures on the basis of technical drawings

Working with MIG/MAG welding technology (TIG is a bonus)

Checking the dimensions and quality of your work

Working on various projects: from small and precise to large and challenging

Consulting with colleagues and thinking along about smart working methods

Working safely, neatly and efficiently in a well-equipped workshop
Who are you?
You are a real doer, with an eye for detail and a passion for technology. You like to take initiative and have a practical approach.

You have experience as a construction bench fitter or welder

You can work well from technical drawings

MIG/MAG welding is your speciality
- You preferably also have knowledge of TIG welding or are prepared to undergo further training!
