What does a process engineer do?

A process engineer is responsible for analysing, designing, improving and managing production and business processes. In practice, this means that, as a process engineer, you are constantly optimising processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality. This may involve mechanical processes in industry, chemical processes in production or logistics processes within an organisation.

Process optimisation plays a key role at many of our clients. As a process engineer, you contribute directly to the company's performance. You often work together with operators, production planners, quality managers and engineers to identify and solve bottlenecks in processes.
