What does a lead engineer do?

What do you need to become a lead engineer?

- Bachelor or wo degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- At least 3-5 years' experience in engineering
- Experience with CAD packages (e.g. SolidWorks, AutoCAD, EPLAN)
- Demonstrable project-based and organisational skills
- Managerial or coordinating experience
- Knowledge of standards, guidelines and quality systems
- Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
- Good command of Dutch and English
