As a Spare Parts Coordinator in Lichtenvoorde, you will ensure that orders, quotations and customer enquiries regarding spare parts are handled effectively. You’ll maintain an overview, liaise with customers and internal departments, and ensure commitments are met. In addition, you’ll organise the entire travel arrangements for service staff carrying out work at customers’ premises. A customer-focused role for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in technology.
What are you going to do?
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will coordinate the spare parts and service process.
- You process and track orders and quotations;
- You answer enquiries about delivery times, returns and prices;
- You maintain contact with customers, agents and the supply chain;
- You monitor outstanding payments;
- You handle correspondence, filing and telephone enquiries;
- You organise all travel arrangements for service staff, including all practical matters required for work at customers’ premises.
Who are you?
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you work with precision and communicate clearly.
- You have an MBO level of working and thinking in an administrative field;
- You are familiar with administrative processes;
- You have a good command of Dutch and English;
- You have a customer-focused and structured approach to your work;
- You have an interest in machinery and spare parts.
What do we offer?
As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will be offered a temporary position working 40 hours a week.
- A gross monthly salary of €3,400 to €4,000;
- For the first three months, you will work entirely from the office; after that, working from home can be discussed;
- Plenty of opportunities for career progression;
- If there are sufficient orders and your performance is satisfactory, there is a possibility of being taken on by the client.
