Are you technically skilled, able to keep a broad overview, and do you know what it takes to keep a workshop running smoothly? As a Senior Mechanic in Groenlo, you’ll be responsible for maintenance, fault-finding, scheduling and the technical condition of machinery and pumps. You’ll be getting your hands dirty yourself, supervising a colleague and ensuring that the equipment is ready when needed. If you haven’t yet fully mastered every aspect, but do have some experience in machine maintenance and the ambition to take on this responsibility, then we’d love to hear from you too!
What are you going to do?
As a Senior Mechanic, you’ll keep the technical workshop running smoothly.
- Maintaining and repairing machinery, pumps and ancillary equipment;
- Identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical faults;
- Planning maintenance, repairs and machine deployment;
- Allocating work and managing a team;
- Managing stock, inspections, certificates and administration;
- Resolving faults on site.
Who are you?
As a Senior Technician, you can combine technical expertise with an overview of the bigger picture and a sense of responsibility.
- Extensive experience in the maintenance and overhaul of machinery;
- Knowledge of mechanics and electronics;
- You can plan tasks and make decisions independently;
- You can mentor a colleague and allocate tasks;
- You can communicate in Dutch and, preferably, in German.
What do we offer?
As a First Mechanic, you’ll be given responsibilities that match what you’re capable of taking on.
- €3,000 to €3,800 gross per month based on a 40-hour week;
- Salary scale based on experience and availability;

The client operates in the field of groundwater extraction and works with machinery, pumps and technical equipment on a daily basis. Proper maintenance is therefore essential.
