Recruitment and Selection Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support candidates and clients from the initial meeting right through to a successful placement.

• You will recruit and select candidates for permanent and interim roles;
• You visit clients and build relationships;
• You conduct intake interviews and draft recruitment profiles;
• You support candidates throughout the application process;
• You identify opportunities in the market and advise clients on recruitment and HR issues.

As a Recruitment and Selection Consultant, you know how to bring people and organisations together.

• You have completed a relevant higher professional education (HBO) degree;
• You have experience in job placement or recruitment;
• You communicate easily with candidates and clients;
• You are keen to further expand your network in the region;
• Knowledge of technology would be an advantage.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the freedom to succeed.

• A gross monthly salary of up to €4,500;
• 33 days’ annual leave;
