As Production Team Leader, you will manage a team, monitor the progress of the production process and ensure that quality and safety are paramount. You interact daily with various departments and actively contribute to improvements within the organisation. A responsible position with a lot of variety and room for own initiative.
What are you going to do?
As Production Team Leader, you will ensure that daily operations run according to plan and the team performs optimally.
- Managing, supervising and supporting Operators and Assistant Operators;
- Monitoring the production planning and setting the right priorities;
- Coordinating first-line maintenance work;
- Acting as the point of contact for other departments;
- Optimising processes and carrying out improvement projects;
- Supervising employees in their development and knowledge transfer;
- Supervising quality, safety and compliance with work instructions.
Who are you?
As Team Leader Production, you know how to get people moving and keep an overview within a production environment.
- MBO 4 working and thinking level;
- At least 5 years' experience in a management position within a production environment;
- Experience in conducting personnel interviews;
- Experience in supervising and developing employees;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- Able to set priorities and maintain an overview.
