What is the difference between recruitment & selection, secondment and permanent placement?
Recruitment & selection means direct employment with the client. Secondment means you are employed by Euro Planit and work on a project basis for the client. Deta-vast starts as secondment with the intention of taking over after an agreed period.
Do you also work with starters or lateral entrants?
Yes: we guide starters and lateral entrants towards suitable projects, with a focus on basic safety, guidance by a first-mover and a realistic training path.
