Construction bench worker

As a Construction Benchworker, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing and checking metal structures. You will work on various projects, so no two days are the same.

• Assembling and welding steel constructions based on technical drawings
• Performing MIG/MAG welding work
• Sawing, drilling, grinding and finishing metal parts
• Checking the quality of the work delivered
• Thinking along about improvements in the production process
• Working together with colleagues in a close-knit team

As a Construction Benchworker, you recognise yourself in the following:

• Proven experience as a construction bench fitter and/or welder (MIG/MAG)
• You can read technical drawings well
• You work accurately, independently and safely
• You have a practical and solution-oriented attitude
• You are a team player with a sense of responsibility
• A welding diploma (level 2 or 3) is an advantage, but relevant work experience is decisive

As a Construction Benchworker, you will get from us:

• A full-time position of 38 hours per week
• Salary between €3,300 and €3,600 gross per month, depending on experience
• Reimbursement of travel expenses in accordance with the Metaal & Techniek collective labour agreement
