For a leading metal company in Groenlo, we are looking for a Construction Benchworker who wants to make full use of his technical skills within a modern and well-equipped workshop. Quality, precision and craftsmanship are key here.
What are you going to do?
As a Construction Benchworker, you will be responsible for assembling, finishing and checking metal structures. You will work on various projects, so no two days are the same.
- Assembling and welding steel constructions based on technical drawings
- Performing MIG/MAG welding work
- Sawing, drilling, grinding and finishing metal parts
- Checking the quality of the work delivered
- Thinking along about improvements in the production process
- Working together with colleagues in a close-knit team
Who are you?
As a Construction Benchworker, you recognise yourself in the following:
- Proven experience as a construction bench fitter and/or welder (MIG/MAG)
- You can read technical drawings well
- You work accurately, independently and safely
- You have a practical and solution-oriented attitude
- You are a team player with a sense of responsibility
- A welding diploma (level 2 or 3) is an advantage, but relevant work experience is decisive

- A full-time position of 38 hours per week
- Salary between €3,300 and €3,600 gross per month, depending on experience
- Reimbursement of travel expenses in accordance with the Metaal & Techniek collective labour agreement
