What are you going to do?
As a Planner/Purchaser, you ensure that projects are technically, logistically and administratively perfect. You interact daily with production, engineering and suppliers and monitor the entire process - from order requirement to delivery.
Your tasks will include:
- Ensuring optimal ordering requirements, stock management and procurement planning
- Entering new projects correctly into the ERP based on requirement and capacity planning
- Managing the production planning in cooperation with the team leaders in production
- Setting out and following up actions to secure planning and material flows
- Managing internal stock orders for semi-finished products
- Ordering materials and services based on technical specifications
- Requesting, comparing and negotiating prices, delivery and payment conditions
- Assessing the quality of the purchasing and delivery process
- Continuously optimising processes within work preparation and purchasing.
Who are you?
- You have several years of experience as a work planner / buyer in the technical manufacturing industry;
- You like planning, organising and monitoring deadlines;
- You communicate clearly and switch smoothly between departments and suppliers;
- You have a technical education (MBO 4 / HBO), e.g. WTB or Mechatronics;
- You can read technical drawings and translate them into actions;
- You have experience with ERP systems (ISAH, SAP, Ridder or similar)
- You work accurately, think ahead and keep an overview of complex projects.
