At our client’s site, the production of plastic window frames, windows and doors is in full swing. But no matter how modern the machinery is, without capable, hands-on staff, little will get done. That’s why we’re looking for colleagues who are keen to roll up their sleeves and take pride in a great end result.
Are you someone who prefers action to talk, enjoys practical work and gets a buzz from seeing tangible results? Then you’ll soon feel at home here. You’ll be joining a close-knit team that works hard, but where there’s also room for a good atmosphere on the shop floor.
What are you going to do?
Together, we’ll look at which roles best match your experience, talents and ambitions. Do you already have experience in engineering or with plastic window frames? If so, you can get started straight away. No experience yet? No problem – you’ll receive thorough induction and support.
Your duties may include:
- Fitting and assembling uPVC window frames, windows and doors;
- Cutting and customising uPVC profiles;
- Fitting hinges and locks;
- Checking products for quality and dimensions;
- Assisting with logistical or preparatory tasks;
- Working with colleagues to meet production targets.
Who are you?
You don’t need years of experience, as long as you’re motivated and keen to roll up your sleeves. With the right attitude, you’ll go a long way here.
You:
- Have a practical approach and enjoy working with your hands;
- Are keen to learn and want to keep developing yourself;
- Have technical insight; experience in production or engineering is a bonus;
- Work accurately and have an eye for quality;
- Work well both independently and as part of a team;
- You are reliable and stick to your commitments;
- Fit in well with a down-to-earth, Achterhoek-style working atmosphere.
What do we offer?
Of course, you’re entitled to expect something in return. That’s why you can count on:
- A good salary above the collective agreement rate;
- Excellent fringe benefits, such as the option of free solar panels;
- The prospect of a permanent contract;
- Flexible working hours to ensure a good work-life balance;
- Friday afternoons off, so your weekend starts extra early;
- Plenty of opportunities for personal development through training and on-the-job support;
- A job within a stable and growing organisation with good future prospects;
- An informal working atmosphere with genuine Achterhoek hospitality.
