Do you enjoy working with metal and want to produce welding work you can be proud of? As a Welder, you’ll work on technical structures and create strong, precise welded joints. You’ll work with modern equipment and check for yourself that your welding work meets the required standards. This means you’ll see the results of your craftsmanship first-hand every day. You’ll also have the opportunity to further expand your knowledge through training courses and welding certifications.
What are you going to do?
As a Welder, you’ll build technical structures from drawings and watch your work take shape step by step. From assembly to the final weld: you’ll ensure that everything is assembled securely and precisely.
- You’ll assemble various structural components based on technical drawings;
- You weld using MIG/MAG and TIG techniques and work on various metal components;
- You ensure that components fit together perfectly;
- You check your own welding work for dimensions and finish;
- You resolve any discrepancies yourself whilst working;
- You contribute ideas on how welding and production processes can be carried out more efficiently.
Who are you?
As a Welder, you have technical insight and know how to construct a structure correctly from a drawing. You work independently and take responsibility for the outcome.
- You have completed a Level 3 MBO qualification in metalworking or a comparable technical discipline;
- You have experience in assembling and welding metal structures;
- You hold valid MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding certificates, or are willing to obtain and maintain them;
- You can read and interpret technical drawings;
- You carefully check your own welding work for dimensions and finish.

- A gross monthly salary of €3,050 to €4,600, depending on your knowledge and experience;
