Do you enjoy working with your hands and can you read technical drawings? As a Casting Operator, you’ll be producing lead products that form a vital foundation for technical applications in nuclear medicine. You’ll work with moulds, check your work and ensure that quality and safety standards are met. It’s a hands-on role in which your craftsmanship is evident in the end product.

What are you going to do?

As a foundry worker, you will manufacture lead products based on technical drawings. Your duties will include:

  • Casting lead products using moulds;
  • Preparing products for further machining, such as turning and milling;
  • Remelting scrap material for reuse;
  • Working accurately and safely in accordance with the requirements.

Who are you?

As a Mould Maker, you have technical insight and work with precision. You have:

  • MBO-level working and thinking ability and relevant technical experience;
  • Experience in reading technical drawings;
  • The ability to carry out tasks independently.

What do we offer?

As a Waterer, you’ll be offered a full-time role working 38 hours a week with:

  • €2,800 to €3,200 gross per month;
  • 200 holiday hours and 40 compensatory time off hours per year;

The client is a growing family-run business in Zevenaar that has been developing and manufacturing technical products for the research, production and transport of nuclear medicines for 50 years.
