We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant on behalf of a client to ensure that materials and parts are stored in the correct locations. You’ll be working with modern systems and playing a key role in the logistics process. Together with your colleagues, you’ll ensure that production can continue to run smoothly. What are you going to do?
As a Warehouse Assistant, you’ll ensure that all parts are available on time for production and dispatch.
- You will collect and issue parts using parts lists and a hand-held scanner;
- You enter logistics and administrative data into the WMS system;
- You will work with automated storage systems and warehouse racking;
- You keep the warehouse tidy, safe and well-organised;
- You’ll work closely with colleagues in logistics and production.
Who are you?
- As a Warehouse Assistant, you work with precision and ensure a structured approach to your work
- You have experience as a warehouse assistant, order picker or in a similar role;
- You are comfortable using computers and digital systems;
- You are fluent in Dutch and can understand and use English within systems and orders;
- You work meticulously and maintain a clear overview;
What do we offer?
- You will start on a flexible basis and, if your performance is satisfactory, you will have the opportunity to secure a contract with this client;
- A gross monthly salary of between €2,800 and €3,080 based on a 40-hour working week;
- 27 days’ annual leave and 7 days’ compensatory time off;
- 8% holiday pay and an additional allowance to compensate for 6 ADV days
- Travel allowance for commutes of 10 kilometres or more
- A pension scheme in accordance with the Metalektro collective labour agreement
