What are you going to do?
As Technical Commercial Project Leader, you will supervise international projects from request to assembly on exclusive superyachts. You will monitor the planning, maintain contact with customers and ensure that everything is technically and organisationally correct. You work in a compact organisation with short lines of communication and a lot of responsibility. No two days are the same: you switch between the office, production and shipyards.
Your duties will include:
- planning and monitoring project work;
- tracking, adjusting, improving, controlling project-related activities;
- reporting the project progress to the customer (progress reports);
- supervising assembly work on the yacht;
- coordinating the handover of the various steps in the process;
- supervising the final checks on the yacht;
- picking up, supervising and commissioning any additional work;
- organising project evaluations internally and externally;
- visiting (international) customers and shipyards(10 - 15%)
Who are you?
As a Technical Commercial Project Leader, you work accurately and keep an overview within technical projects.
- You have completed a Bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field;
- You have experience as a project leader within a technical environment;
- You communicate clearly with clients and colleagues;
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English (German is an advantage);
- You are willing to travel internationally occasionally.
