What are you going to do?
As Shiftleader Logistics, you will ensure that the daily operations in the outgoing goods department run smoothly.
- Participating in the logistics process, such as order picking, packing and checking;
- Distributing work within the team;
- Being the point of contact for colleagues on the work floor;
- Monitoring progress, quality and orderliness within the process;
- Identifying bottlenecks and discussing them with supervisors.
Who are you?
As Shiftleader Logistics, you recognise yourself in the following:
- Demonstrable experience within logistics;
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation;
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- You keep an overview and manage colleagues clearly;
- You work accurately and take responsibility.
What do we offer?
As Shiftleader Logistics you can count on:
- A gross monthly salary between €2,530 and €2,860 based on 40 hours per week;
- A working week of 32 to 40 hours;
- Shifts from 06:30 to 15:30 and 15:30 to 00:30;
- Training opportunities through the client;
- Prospect of permanent employment.
