What are you going to do?
As a dispatch clerk, you are the hub of the workshop's logistics process. You ensure that everything coming in and going out is properly registered, checked and prepared. You have an overview, work neatly and find it important that deliveries leave on time and in full.
Your daily tasks include:

Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods and materials.

Collecting and preparing orders for transport.

Loading and unloading large products onto/from trucks (with forklift truck).

Checking shipments against packing slips and order lists.

Liaising with production, planning and drivers.

Ensuring a tidy and safe dispatch area.
In short: you are essential for the smooth running of the logistics process!
Who are you?
You are someone who likes to be in control and keep an overview, even when things get busy. You have a practical attitude, work accurately and find it important that everything is in order.

Experience in logistics or freight forwarding is a must.
- Experience with large elements loading and unloading the truck.

You are physically fit and like to get to work.

In possession of a forklift certificate (or have demonstrable experience and are willing to obtain one).

You work in a structured way and are able to set priorities.

Strong communicator and a real team player.

Living in or around Ulft.
