Are you able to maintain an overview and quickly spot when something isn’t going to plan? As a Security Administrator, you’ll ensure that security measures are correctly implemented and adhered to. You’ll monitor processes, liaise with various stakeholders and carefully address any deviations. In doing so, you’ll constantly be looking for ways to improve or optimise security processes. A role of responsibility where technology, security and organisation come together.
What are you going to do?
As a Security Administrator, you ensure that security measures are not only sound on paper, but are also properly implemented in practice. You maintain an overview, liaise with various parties and tackle areas for improvement in a targeted manner.
- You coordinate collaboration with security partners and suppliers;
- You prepare security audits and ensure that action points are followed up;
- You manage the Security Management System and implement improvements;
- You translate legislation, client requirements and compliance requirements into concrete security measures;
- You manage access controls and physical security measures;
- You investigate findings and incorporate them into clear reports;
- You identify security risks and implement improvement measures;
- You help colleagues to be more security-conscious.
Who are you?
As a Security Administrator, you know what it takes to implement security policies effectively in practice. You work meticulously, recognise risks and know what action to take when things do not go according to the guidelines.
- You will have at least a higher professional education (HBO) qualification in a relevant field;
- You have approximately 7 years’ experience in a similar security role within manufacturing or logistics;
- You have knowledge of physical security, security audits and TAPA guidelines;
- You have a good command of Dutch and English;
- You have experience in developing, implementing and monitoring security policies;
- You can identify risks and deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions.
