What are you going to do?
In this role, you will be ultimately responsible for commercial performance within the Food segment. You operate in a complex B2B environment where quality, food safety and regulations are key. You know how to effortlessly translate strategic goals into concrete results.
- Realising commercial objectives in terms of bookings, turnover and margin
- Identifying market developments and translating them into opportunities and actions
- Managing, coaching and developing the Food sales team
- Optimising commercial processes, from lead generation to order processing
- Initiating and implementing process improvements and standardisation
- Working intensively with internal departments such as R&D, Engineering and production
- Stimulating product and application development
- Ensure consistent market approach and strong internal alignment
- Reporting on performance and contributing to strategic policy
Who are you?
You are a result-oriented and connecting leader with keen commercial acumen. You switch effortlessly between strategy and operations and know how to take your team to the next level.
- Completed university degree in a commercial or technical field
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the food or process industry
- Experience in managing a commercial team
- Knowledge of complex sales and quotation processes
- Affinity with food safety, regulations and/or process or mixing technology is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and decisive attitude
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial and result-oriented

- You will receive an immediate contract with the client;
- Salary between €6,450 and €8,000 per month (depending on experience);
