As Sales Engineer/Calculator, you play an important role in the preparation, supervision and administrative management of these unique projects. What are you going to do?
As Sales Engineer/Calculator, you will be involved in the entire project process: from the first request to the evaluation after delivery. You ensure that everything is technically, financially and administratively well organised.
After an extensive familiarisation period, you will start with smaller and short-term projects. This gives you the chance to learn the job properly, while project leaders can focus on the larger projects. As you grow in the position, there are great opportunities to develop further, for example towards project leader.
Your duties include:
- Preparing quotations and cost price calculations;
- Consulting with colleagues from sales and engineering;
- Processing and managing quotation and project data in the ERP system (ISAH);
- Recording changes, agreements and project information;
- Monitoring the administrative progress of projects;
- Identifying quality and process improvement opportunities;
- Evaluating projects after completion and analysing results;
- In this role, you are an important link between engineering, commerce and project execution.

- MBO+ working and thinking level;
- Technical background, e.g. mechanical engineering or technical business administration;
- You have experience in calculating and preparing quotations;
- Interest in calculation, technology and high-quality projects;
- Handy with systems such as ERP and Microsoft Office;
- Accurate, structured and analytically strong;
- Communicative and proactive;
- Good command of Dutch and preferably also English and/or German
