What are you going to do?
As a stone cladding fitter, you ensure a high-quality finish on prefabricated façade elements. With an eye for detail and precision, you deliver work that will be visible in a wide range of construction projects. Your duties include:
- Gluing and fitting brick slips to prefabricated façade elements;
- Working to technical drawings and work instructions;
- Checking dimensions, finish and the quality of the end product;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient production process and a high standard of quality.
- If you do not yet have experience as a brick slip fitter but do have a background in construction – for example, as a carpenter, finisher or façade specialist – you will have the opportunity to learn the trade on the job.
Who are you?
As a stone tile fitter, you work with precision, have a practical mindset and an eye for quality. Experience in this role is an advantage, but we consider a motivated attitude to be just as important. You’ll also recognise yourself in the following:
- You have an affinity for the construction industry or enjoy hands-on work;
- You work meticulously and have an eye for a neat finish;
- You are fluent in Dutch or English;
- You live in the Rijssen area and are available to work full-time.

- A gross monthly salary of between €2,600 and €2,750, depending on your experience and in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for the Carpentry Industry;
