Production Worker – Stone Tile Fitter

As a stone cladding fitter, you are responsible for the neat and precise finishing of prefabricated façade elements. You work meticulously, follow drawings and instructions, and ensure that every element meets the required quality standards.

Your duties will include:

• Gluing and precisely fitting brick slips to prefabricated façade elements;
• Working to production drawings, dimensions and work instructions;
• Checking the finish, dimensions and quality;
• Identifying deviations and making adjustments where necessary;
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently;
• Ensuring a neat and high-quality end result.
• If you don’t yet have experience as a stone cladding fitter, but do have a background in construction – for example, as a carpenter, finisher or façade specialist – you’ll have the opportunity to learn the trade on the job.

As a stone cladding fitter, you’re a practical person, you work with precision and you’re committed to delivering a high-quality end result. Experience is an advantage, but with the right motivation and an interest in the construction industry, you can learn the trade.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an affinity for the construction industry and enjoys working with their hands;
• Works meticulously and has an eye for detail and finish;
• Is proficient in Dutch or English;
• Lives in Rijssen or the immediate vicinity;
• Is available to work full-time;
• Is motivated to develop their skills further within the profession.

As a stone tile fitter, you’ll be working in a modern and tidy working environment where craftsmanship, quality and teamwork are paramount. You’ll work day shifts and can count on good terms of employment and a pleasant atmosphere within the team.

In addition, we offer:

• A day-shift role within a modern and well-organised workshop;
• A gross monthly salary of between €2,600 and €2,750, depending on your experience and in accordance with the collective labour agreement for the carpentry industry;
• The prospect of a permanent contract subject to satisfactory performance;

You will be working for a modern manufacturer of prefabricated façade elements in Rijssen. Craftsmanship, quality and effective teamwork are central to the organisation. Together with dedicated colleagues, you will work daily on sustainable construction solutions and a meticulously finished end product.
