Do you enjoy working on the production line whilst keeping an eye on the big picture? As a Hands-on Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of four colleagues and play an active role in the work yourself. You’ll check quality, process orders and ensure products are neatly packaged. A varied role working in a two-shift system with a salary starting at €3,052 gross per month!
What are you going to do?
As an Assistant Team Leader, you ensure that everything runs smoothly at the collection point. You:
- Manage a team of around four staff members;
- Collect powder-coated products from the production line;
- Scan orders and process data;
- Check for damage, colour variations and quantities;
- Pack products according to customer requirements.
Who are you?
As a Hands-on Team Leader, you can keep track of things and take the initiative. You:
- Speak Dutch;
- Be able to work on a computer;
- Be able to work standing up throughout your working day;
- Are willing to work two-shift rotas.
What do we offer?
As a Hands-on Team Leader, you will receive:
- From €3,052 gross per month;
- A full-time role with the prospect of a permanent contract;
- 25 days’ annual leave and 13 days’ time off in lieu;
- €0.23 travel allowance per kilometre;
