What are you going to do?
As a production worker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently hanging and packaging the products being processed for the client. Together with your team, you will monitor the quality of the products, with the customer’s wishes always being the top priority. Throughout the day, you will move between workstations, ensuring variety in your tasks.
Your duties will include:
- Carrying out repetitive production tasks with a focus on tidiness and quality;
- Ensuring a safe working environment and keeping your workstation tidy;
- Monitoring the continuous flow of the production line;
- Reading product drawings. You will be trained in this if you lack experience;
- Hanging various products correctly and efficiently on the production line to ensure the correct surface treatment;
- Removing products from the production line, carefully checking them for quality and any defects, and recording any defects found in the production programme;
- Packing the products and preparing them for transport to our customers.
Who are you?
- Available full-time;
- Some experience as a production worker;
- An eye for detail and a strong focus on quality;
- A team player with good communication skills;
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.

About the client
Our client is a service-oriented manufacturing company based in Twente that does not manufacture its own products, but processes products for its clients. For over 70 years, they have specialised in surface treatments such as chemical pre-treatment, wet painting and powder coating. The company does not have its own product range, but processes materials for various clients, which ensures a great deal of variety in the work.
