As a Powder Coater, you will work in a modern paint shop in Winterswijk. You will work on a variety of products for different customers and quality standards. No two days are the same due to the variety of work and products. You will contribute directly to the quality of the end result. What are you going to do?
As a Powder Coater, you will ensure the perfect finish of products. Your duties include:
- reading and executing work orders;
- degreasing, sealing and sealing products;
- adjusting the spray gun and, where necessary, the spray robot;
- manually powder-coating products;
- monitoring and setting the degreasing bath, water dryer and oven temperature;
- checking products for quality, layer thickness and appearance;
- coordinating hanging methods and rotating within the department.
Who are you?
As a Powder Coater, you recognise yourself in the following:
- (V)MBO level of thinking;
- experience as a powder coater or wet painter, or willing to learn this trade;
- you can read drawings, work orders and instructions;
- you work accurately and follow quality standards;
- physical work suits you.
