Do you want to work with modern machines and shape metal products to perfect end results? In this position as a CNC Bender, you will learn the trade step by step and work with advanced press brakes. You will work in two shifts on a variety of products for the high-tech industry. Precision work is key, because every detail counts. You will receive guidance and space to develop yourself within the profession.
What are you going to do?
As CNC Bender, you will accurately bend metal sheets into finished products according to drawings;
- You will set up and operate the CNC press brake independently;
- You read technical drawings and translate these into the correct bending programme;
- You check dimensions and quality of products;
- You place and change tools in the machine;
- You identify deviations and solve minor malfunctions.
Who are you?
As CNC Kanter, you work accurately and have a feel for technology;
- You have mbo working and thinking level;
- You can read technical drawings or want to learn to do so;
- You work meticulously and check your own work;
- You are willing to work 2 shifts;
- You have an interest in metalworking.
