Do you have technical insight and do you enjoy varied work in the field of mechatronics? As a Mechatronics Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and installing technical systems and assisting with various assembly tasks. You will mainly be based at the Zevenaar site, but will also have the opportunity to travel to customers across Europe a few times a year to install machines and systems. Craftsmanship, precision and teamwork are key to this role. You’ll work 38 hours a week and can expect an attractive gross monthly salary of between €2,800 and €3,200.
What are you going to do?
As a Mechatronics Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting and preparing various technical installations. You will work on a wide range of structures and components and assist with various tasks within the production process. With your technical insight, practical approach and versatility, you will contribute to an efficient assembly process and high-quality installations.
- You will assemble and fit various structures, pre-assembled components and installation parts in accordance with technical specifications;
- You will carry out various metalworking tasks, including turning, milling and welding, to manufacture and machine components with precision;
- You will provide support on technical projects and travel to customers across Europe several times a year to install systems on site;
- You will ensure that installations are carefully packed, draw up pallet lists and assist with the safe and efficient loading of shipments.
Who are you?
As a Mechatronics Technician, you will have technical insight, a hands-on approach and a broad interest in various technical tasks. You work with precision, are able to work well independently and enjoy collaborating with colleagues on technical projects. With your eagerness to learn and versatility, you contribute to a smooth and efficient assembly process.
- You have a vocational qualification (MBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in mechanical engineering or mechatronics;
- You are proficient in English and can communicate clearly with international clients and colleagues;
- You have an affinity for metalworking and an interest in techniques such as turning, milling and welding;
- You hold a valid VCA and forklift certificate, or are willing to obtain them.
