As an (All-round) Machine Woodworker, you’ll play a key role in the production of high-quality wooden window frames and prefabricated walls. You’ll ensure that the timber is machined with precision, thereby laying the foundation for a high-quality end product. Together with your colleagues, you’ll work on exciting projects you can be proud of.
What are you going to do?
As a Machine Woodworker, you ensure that the wood is machined accurately and is ready for the next stage of production. You work to schedule, set up machines correctly and monitor the quality of the end product.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing and setting up woodworking machines;
- Operating machines and carrying out various woodworking tasks;
- Cutting, planing and milling timber;
- Reading and following technical drawings and production instructions;
- Checking dimensions and quality;
- Working in accordance with the applicable health and safety regulations;
- Coordinating tasks with colleagues and the team leader.
