What are you going to do?
As a machine operator, you are responsible for keeping the production line running smoothly. You ensure that the machines are set up properly, production runs smoothly and the quality of the finished product is always high.
Your duties include:

Operating, adjusting and converting production machines.

Checking products and identifying deviations.

Solving minor malfunctions and carrying out first-line maintenance.

Thinking actively about improvements in the production process.

Cooperating with colleagues to realise the planning.
You work day shift, with fixed working hours and sufficient time for relaxation outside work. In the long term, there is the possibility of 2 shifts, but there are no concrete plans for this.
Who are you?
You are someone who gets energy from smooth-running production and seeing immediate results. You work accurately, think in solutions and enjoy working together on a beautiful final product.
In addition:

Do you have MBO working and thinking level (towards engineering or production is an advantage).

Do you have experience as an operator, production employee or similar position (not required, but useful).
