Would you like to take the lead on technical projects within a high-end interior environment? As an Interior Fit-out Project Manager at Heesen Yachts Interiors, you’ll ensure that complex bespoke projects run smoothly, from design through to completion. You’ll work alongside various disciplines, monitor the schedule and ensure that everything is delivered as agreed. No two days are the same, and your ability to see the bigger picture makes all the difference.
What are you going to do?
As an Interior Fit-out Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising a wide range of bespoke technical projects. You will monitor progress and ensure that all parties involved work together effectively.
• You will manage work planners and draughtsmen during projects;
• You will monitor the schedule, budget and progress;
• You liaise with internal departments, suppliers and external parties;
• You ensure that technical designs are approved on time;
• You monitor the quality of materials, processes and end results;
• You identify bottlenecks and take corrective action where necessary.
Who are you?
As an Interior Construction Project Manager, you have strong organisational skills and are able to maintain an overview, even when several projects are running simultaneously.
• You have an MBO+ or HBO qualification in engineering or interior construction;
• You have at least 3 to 5 years’ relevant work experience;
• You have experience in project management, planning and budget control;
• You can read technical drawings and have knowledge of AutoCAD;
• You are fluent in Dutch and, preferably, also in English and German;
• You work accurately and communicate easily with various parties.
What do we offer?

- You will be offered a contract directly with Heesen Yachts Interiors;
- A gross monthly salary of between €4,600 and €5,700;
- No fewer than 43 days’ annual leave on a full-time basis;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre for journeys of 10 km or more one way;
- An annual profit-sharing payment;
- A pension scheme and supplementary insurance;
