What are you going to do?
As an HR officer, you will be responsible for accurate execution of HR processes with a focus on absence management and administrative support.
You register sick reports and monitor the recovery process;
You coordinate return plans with employees and managers;
You maintain daily contact on progress and reintegration;
You manage leave, contracts and personnel files;
You act as a point of contact for HR-related questions.
Who are you?
As an HR officer, you have a solid basis in the HR field and can communicate carefully and empathically.
You have up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations;
You have experience with absence management and interviewing;
You can switch well between employees and managers;
You are available for 20 hours a week.
