What are you going to do?
As an underground infrastructure manager, you ensure that every project is carried out properly, from start to finish. You keep an overview and know how to motivate people to achieve the best result together.
- You monitor the planning and solve bottlenecks in time;
- You maintain contact with clients, subcontractors and colleagues;
- You ensure that materials and resources are available on time;
- You monitor costs and revenues;
- You ensure safety, quality and well-being on the work floor.
Who are you?
As an underground infrastructure manager, you are a real organiser with an eye for people and technology.
- You have an HBO or MBO diploma in engineering or execution infra techniques, or comparable training;
- You have relevant certifications such as Kiwa or BOB-KOB contractor training;
- You have experience as a contractor or in a similar position;
- You have strong communication skills and know how to manage and motivate people.
