As a Welder, you’ll use a range of modern welding techniques to work on products made from steel, stainless steel, aluminium and duplex. You’ll ensure strong, high-quality welded joints, whilst always paying close attention to dimensions, finish and quality. What are you going to do?
As a Welder, you will work on high-quality metal products and ensure that every component is assembled and finished to a high standard. You will work from technical drawings and monitor quality, dimensions and finish throughout the entire process.
Your duties will include:
- Assembling metal components in accordance with technical drawings and specifications;
- Carrying out welding work on steel, stainless steel, aluminium and duplex;
- Checking dimensions, welded joints and finish;
- Carrying out corrections and finishing work where necessary;
- Identifying deviations and ensuring a high-quality end result;
- Working in accordance with the applicable quality, safety and work instructions.
Who are you?
As a Welder, you work meticulously, have a good understanding of technical matters and strive to achieve a high-quality end result. You are independent, quality-oriented and able to effectively apply technical information in practice.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has completed a vocational qualification (MBO) in metalworking or a comparable technical discipline;
- Has experience in assembling and welding metal structures;
- Holds valid MIG/MAG and/or TIG welding certificates, or is willing to obtain them;
- Can read technical drawings independently and apply them accurately;
- Has a good command of English and can communicate clearly with colleagues.
