Driver C / Logistics Assistant

As a Driver / Logistics Assistant, you’ll have a varied role in which you combine warehouse duties with transport. You’ll ensure that goods and materials are available on time, are handled with care and are transported safely between different locations. Through your hard work, you’ll help ensure a smooth and efficient logistics process.

What will you be doing?

• Transporting goods and materials using a small lorry or company van;
• Picking, checking and preparing materials in accordance with work orders;
• Receiving and checking incoming goods and outgoing consignments;
• Carrying out vehicle checks and inspections to ensure safe transport;
• Recording transport data and maintaining the relevant records;
• Ensuring a safe, tidy and well-organised working environment;
• Assisting with various logistics tasks where required.

As a Driver / Logistics Assistant, you are a responsible and meticulous go-getter who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in. You are able to keep a broad overview, work independently and ensure that both transport and logistics operations run smoothly. You’re also flexible and enjoy working well with colleagues.

What do we require from you?

• You hold a Category C driving licence and a valid Code 95 certificate;
• You can communicate clearly in Dutch and/or English;
• You work meticulously and in a structured manner, and are able to keep track of everything;
• You are independent and able to follow instructions well;
• You are a team player and contribute to a pleasant working atmosphere;
• You are flexible and enjoy carrying out a variety of logistics tasks.

As a Driver / Logistics Assistant, you’ll be taking on a varied role in which you’ll not only be behind the wheel, but will also play an active part in the warehouse. You’ll be working in an international environment where no two days are the same and where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.

• A gross monthly salary of between €2,971 and €3,140 based on full-time employment;
