As a Driver, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers and, as such, the face of the organisation. Thanks to your customer-friendly and service-oriented attitude, you’ll make a great impression every day. You’ll work with modern equipment and join a reliable logistics organisation in Deventer. It’s a varied role where you’ll be on the road, given responsibility, and no two days are ever exactly the same.
What are you going to do?
As a Driver, you’ll ensure that orders are delivered to customers on time and in good condition every day. You’ll be on the road a lot, have regular contact with customers and, with your customer-friendly attitude, provide a pleasant and professional service.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering orders to customers in the hospitality and food service sectors;
- Driving scheduled and fixed routes;
- Carefully loading and unloading goods using the correct equipment;
- Maintaining a friendly rapport with customers during deliveries;
- Correctly processing delivery details and the associated paperwork.
Who are you?
As a Driver, you work meticulously, take responsibility and understand how important it is that every delivery arrives safely and on time. You are independent, customer-focused and don’t mind physical work.
What we’re looking for:
- You hold a Category C driving licence, Code 95 and a valid driver card;
- You are able to work well independently and take responsibility;
- You are physically fit and enjoy getting stuck in;
- You live in Deventer or the immediate vicinity;
- You are flexible and available for both early and late shifts.
