Are you someone who likes to keep track of things and ensure that everything is well organised? As a Dispatch Assistant, you’ll play a key role in the logistics process. You’ll ensure that goods are processed correctly, are ready for dispatch on time and reach the right destination. With your meticulous and proactive approach, you’ll ensure that the collaboration between production and transport runs smoothly.
What are you going to do?
Your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods;
- Picking orders and preparing consignments for dispatch;
- Recording and processing goods movements in the ERP system;
- Handling the internal transport of materials and finished products;
- Checking goods for quality, quantities and stock levels;
- Identifying and reporting any discrepancies within the logistics process.
Who are you?
As a Dispatch Assistant, you are meticulous, practical and good at keeping track of the big picture. You work in a structured manner and ensure that logistics operations run smoothly.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in logistics;
- Possesses technical insight;
- Works meticulously and in an organised manner;
- Is flexible and able to work in the evenings if necessary;
- Holds a forklift licence or is willing to obtain one through us.

We offer:
- A gross monthly salary of between €2,700 and €3,200, depending on experience;
- 25 days’ annual leave;
- Fixed working hours on day shifts from 07:30 to 16:30;
- Travel allowance and appropriate workwear;

- Varied work involving one-off items and small batches;
- Terms and conditions of employment in accordance with the Metal & Engineering collective agreement.
