What are you going to do?
As a consultant, you ensure that both client and flexworker can count on you.
- You manage and strengthen an existing client portfolio;
- You recruit and supervise flex workers from first contact to placement;
- You anticipate changes in regulations and market pressure;
- You spot and seize commercial opportunities;
- You keep a tight rein on planning and administration.
Who are you?
As an intermediary, you have both the experience and the mentality to persevere.
- You have demonstrable experience in the temping industry;
- You have a network in the Achterhoek region or are quickly building one;
- You are confident and you like to switch gears;
- You are available full-time and really want to contribute to growth.
